Will you submit my planning application for me?
No, this consultation is advisory only. We’ll guide you on the planning route and next steps, but we don’t submit applications during this call. If you want to proceed with your project journey though, we can support you with the right next steps.
What if my property is in a conservation area or is listed?
We have extensive experience with conservation areas, listed buildings, and other designated areas. We’ll explain the additional planning considerations that may apply to your project and, if it’s particularly sensitive, recommend the next best step, including bringing in specialist design or conservation expertise.
What’s your refund and rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you don’t feel you got clear, usable guidance and next steps, you can request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your written summary. (Refunds cover call quality, not planning outcomes or simply disagreeing with the advice.)
Will I get a written report or drawings?
You’ll receive a written summary of the guidance and next steps within 24 hours. We don’t produce drawings, plans, or technical documents as part of this call.
Can you review my drawings or sketches in the call?
You can share basic sketches/photos to help explain your idea, but we won’t provide design feedback or redraw anything. The purpose is planning route and constraints, not design critique.
Will you speak to the council on my behalf?
No. We don’t contact the council as part of this call. If you proceed to a full service, we can manage the planning submission process through the appropriate Resi team.
